The Regulations on the Listing and Control of Non-medicinal Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs was issued on Sep.29, 2015. It aims to strengthen the listing and control of non-medicinal narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, prevent illegal production, distribution, transportation, use, import and export, and curb the development and spread of related illegal and criminal activities, which includes relevant policies, regulations, and measures.
