The Technical Guidelines for Preclinical Studies of Preventive Vaccines was issued on Oct.14, 2005. This Guidelines applies to the management of changes that occur in the production process of biologics for which a production permit has already been obtained. The changes referred to in the biologics production process are any modifications made by the producer to any part of the production process that has been approved by the China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA).
