The Implementation Rules applies to the collection, preservation, utilization, and external provision of China's human genetic resources (HGRs).

HGR information includes human genes, genome data and other information materials generated by using HGR materials.

HGR information does not include clinical data, imaging data, protein data, or metabolic data.
